This website is provided for general information about our services and to allow you to contact us regarding kitchen, bathroom and bedroom design and supply. You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of its availability.

All content on this website, including text, images, design layouts, logos and graphics, is the property of Platinum Interiors or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or republish any content without our prior written consent.

5. Service Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, descriptions of our services, products and pricing are provided for general guidance only and do not constitute a contractual offer. Final specifications and pricing are confirmed during your design consultation.

6. Quotations and Contracts

Any quotation provided by Platinum Interiors is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A binding contract is formed only when you accept a quotation in writing and pay the agreed deposit. All installation work is subject to a separate terms of service agreement provided at the point of sale.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over the content or availability of those sites and accept no responsibility for them. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Platinum Interiors excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.

9. AI Room Makeover Tool (“See Your New Room”)

Our “See Your New Room” tool lets you upload a photograph of a room and generates an AI-created visualisation in a style of your choosing. By uploading a photograph and generating a visualisation, you accept the following terms, which apply in addition to the rest of these Terms & Conditions.

Illustrative only. Generated images are computer-produced approximations created using third-party artificial-intelligence services. They are provided for inspiration only, may contain inaccuracies or unrealistic details, and do not represent an actual design, product, specification, measurement, availability or quotation. Nothing produced by the tool forms part of any contract.

Your responsibilities. You confirm that you own, or are authorised to upload, the photograph you submit; that it depicts a space you are entitled to photograph; and that it does not contain other people, personal data, or any unlawful, offensive or infringing content. You must not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

Licence to use your content. By uploading a photograph and generating a visualisation, you grant Platinum Interiors a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free and transferable licence to store, use, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish and display both your uploaded photograph and the generated images, in any medium and for any purpose — including on our website, our social media channels, and in advertising and marketing materials — without any further consent, attribution or payment to you. If you do not wish to grant this licence, please do not use the tool.

Email and newsletter. To use the tool you must provide an email address. By using the tool you agree that we may email you your generated results and related design information, and that you will be added to the Platinum Interiors mailing list and newsletter. You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails; unsubscribing does not affect the licence granted above in respect of content you have already submitted.

Fair usage. The tool is provided free of charge for genuine personal use by prospective customers. Use is subject to daily limits per user. We may change, suspend, limit or withdraw the tool, or any person’s access to it, at any time and without notice.

No circumvention or misuse. You must not attempt to bypass or defeat any usage limit, rate limit, human-verification or access control — including by using multiple email addresses or IP addresses, proxies or VPNs, automated scripts or bots, or any other means. You must not use the tool for bulk, automated, commercial or resale purposes, or in any way that places an unreasonable load on our systems. We may block, throttle or permanently withdraw access where we reasonably suspect misuse.

Data processing. Uploaded photographs and generated images are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and processing may involve trusted third-party AI providers located inside or outside the United Kingdom.

No liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any decision made, or work undertaken, in reliance on a generated visualisation. Always confirm final designs, specifications and pricing with us directly during a consultation.

10. Communications

Where you give us your email address on this website, we may send you two kinds of email.

Service messages. These relate to something you have asked us to do: confirming a home survey appointment, sending the visualisation you asked the room makeover tool to create, sending a copy of a website chat, or replying to an enquiry. They are part of providing that service, so we send them whether or not you have agreed to receive marketing.

Design emails. These are our marketing emails: design ideas, project photographs, new articles from our blog, and occasional offers. We send them occasionally, only when we have something worth sending, and there is no fixed schedule.

How you agree to design emails. Agreeing is optional except where these terms state that it forms part of the terms of a particular service. When you book a home survey, or use the room makeover tool, accepting these Terms & Conditions includes agreeing to receive design emails, and this is set out on the form before you submit it. On the contact form the option is a separate box that is not ticked for you, and leaving it alone has no effect on your enquiry. If you give us your email address to receive a copy of a website chat, that request is your agreement, and we say so next to the field. [SOLICITOR-REVIEW] Consent to marketing must be freely given, specific and separate from other terms, so bundling agreement to design emails into acceptance of these Terms & Conditions for the booking form and the room makeover tool should be confirmed as appropriate, or split into its own optional tick box.

Unsubscribing. Every design email we send contains an unsubscribe link. Selecting it opens a page on our website and removes your address from our mailing list immediately, with no need to log in or reply. You can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing [email protected]. Unsubscribing stops our design emails; it does not stop service messages about work we are already carrying out for you, and it does not affect any licence you have already granted us under clause 9.

We do not sell or rent your email address, and we do not pass it to other companies for their own marketing. How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. You are expected to check this page periodically to take notice of any changes. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
