From our initial enquiries about refurbing our bathroom Martin & Ricky were really professional from the off. No pushy sales but gave us loads of options on materials & plans. They drew our plan up then showed us the designs in different materials we liked & at the right price. The bathroom fitters came to see us before any work was carried out to run us through what work was needed. The materials & standards were top notch. Being Local to me, we went with Platinum Interiors for our full kitchen renovation after getting a few quotes, and they stood out right from the start. We opted for the full package design, fitting, and all the appliances and it was absolutely the right choice. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Our designer, Martin, put together a brilliant 3D plan that really helped us picture the space and make the most of every bit of storage. Everything ran like clockwork, with no stress or surprises. The fitters were professional, friendly, and left the place spotless. The finished kitchen looks even better than we’d hoped stylish, practical, and beautifully done. Genuinely worth every penny!

Just had bathroom completely ripped out and redesigned. Martin listened to what I wanted and designed the bathroom as I would like it and I wasn't easy to please, but he managed it with patience. Fitters Dave and Karl with a k, were superb. Cannot fault the workmanship. I would have these lads working on anything. In fact when they finished we missed them. Would certainly recommend Platinum, and Start to finish to anyone.

OUTSTANDING from start to finish We was in desperate need for a new bathroom remodel we had quite a few quotes but the people who gave us them just did not seem interested in doing the job not only that I just did not feel right with any of them at all (money spends anywere) Some research on the Internet and came across Platinum bathrooms mexbrough I gave them a call and was booked an appointment with brogan His customer service skills is outstanding and he had so much patience and helped me choose all the bathroom colours matching them all up telling me wat colours go best together brogan spent well over an hour with me and then said he would put me a quote together and send this via email Next visit was from Andrew to my home to measure up and see if the bath toilet etc could be moved NOT a problem at all AGAIN OUTSTANDING SERVICE Another excellent thing was that every email I sent to Andrew or brogan asking about things was always returned every time with out fail and this went on for months OUTSTANDING SERVICE It took me about 3 months maybe longer to decide on everything so to make sure I visited the shop again and Andrew had everything layed out for me (tiles etc )so i could double check I was happy with my choices Another quote was then put together as i had added extra things on and we was more than happy with this It was abit more than we wanted to pay from the start but for the extra we payed was well worth it the best choice we had made no regrets at all They do recommend there bathroom fitter called Mark which we went with and was not disappointed Marks work his absolutely outstanding his work is to perfection always left my home clean and tidy and his there everyday on the time he says an absolute credit to platinum I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of a new bathroom remodel My bathroom now finished with all my accessories looks absolutely beautiful thanku All my family and friends could not believe how it had been transformed absolutely love it !

Cannot wait to get my house so that I can start the ball rolling in getting Platinum Interiors in to fit new kitchen and bathrooms

Excellent service throughout from our first home visit to the finished bathroom. Andrew and Lee at Platinum came to our home they listened to our ideas and gave us suggestions to make the most of our space. The plans were drawn up quickly and when we attended the showroom Andrew and Lee again assisted with their knowledge of products and what worked well together but they stayed true to our wishes. They were both extremely professional and clearly know their trade. Carl and Paul the fitters worked so hard, they are true craftsmen and obviously take great pride in their work. Nothing was too much trouble for them it was a pleasure to have them in our home The finished bathroom looks amazing even better than we imagined and we would have no hesitation in recommending Platinum

I can only comment on our personal experience with Platinum Interiors and we found them 1st class. The advice and customer service we received from Lee on our new bathroom was excellent. We are unlikely to use them again as hopefully this is our last move but I wouldn't hesitate in recommending someone to go and have a look at their showroom and speak to Lee.
